I had a dream recently of rivers of milk flowing. The people stood in the rivers comfortably. Milk can be good or bad. Here is my first observation.
Scripture Hebrews 5:13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the word of righteousness, for he is an infant. In some areas of our ministries we eat meat (righteousness and Godly wisdom) but then in other areas of our ministries we drink milk (inexperience or disobedience). The Lord is looking for a church without spot or blemish. A church that will come from the surface of things but is willing to go up the mountain. Those who desire to go higher!
In order to experience what God desires for us we have to be able to eat meat. We must be consistent in every area of our ministries. Our ministries will not make it if we don't learn how to seek the wisdom of God. Just because you don't know that is not a excuse for the Lord told us he will lead us to all truth. He also said we have not because we ask not. Who are you asking for counsel? We must be instant in season and out of season and willing to allow God to correct and, lead us in which way he so desires. God is calling his church to a place of holiness. He is ready to feed us meat we have never eaten. He is ready to show us a more excellent way to not just have church but be the church. It is only in the pure place of God's Spirit will we begin to experience the plan of Favor God has for our ministries. We must work together and be accountable for our communication unto one another. We should not advise each other outside of God's word. Many of us are new to ministry leadership therefore we should seek counsel in our decision. The Lord told us there is safety in the multitude of wise counsel (Proverb 11:14). We must also be more compassionate and patient unto one another. Remember in one area you may be strong but weak in another. So treat others as you would have them treat you. For none have arrived. We must get back to righteousness inside the church that the Lord's holy of holies Seraphim angels can return unto his pulpit. Dear heavenly father! Lord help us represent you whole heartedly! Help us to be clean vessels of righteousness. Help us to truly love one another. Lord teach us to lead your people. In Jesus name amen! Apostle Zolisha L Ware
